Note: This update applies only to orders shipped to the U.S. and does not affect orders shipping from the U.S.

Following the U.S. Supreme Court ruling (Case 24-1287) that IEEPA tariffs are unlawful, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued official guidance regarding a transition in duty rates.

Our partner, Zonos, has confirmed that all IEEPA-based duties will cease to be collected at 12:00 a.m. EST tonight, February 24. Effective 12:01 a.m., these rates are being replaced by the new 10% Section 122 global tariff. Essentially, this is a rate swap happening overnight.

Please be aware that while the currently signed rate is 10%, there have been announcements regarding a potential increase to 15%. If an Executive Order is signed today, the rate could change to 15% tonight. Note that Section 232 (steel/aluminum) and Section 301 (China) tariffs remain in effect and are unaffected by this change.

Zonos will be updating our calculations within an hour of midnight EST today to reflect these changes. We will continue to provide more information as more specific operational guidance becomes available.

UNITED STATES TARIFFS. Despite current media reports, as of today I am still required to charge a 10% tariff on all Australian made products entering the USA.
